Fun Fitness Class Descriptions

BodyBurn:

This class is based on interval and circuit training; it’s perfect for ladies who want to burn fat fast! In BodyBurn, you will use bodyweight exercises, weights, and fun equipment such as the battle ropes and medicine balls. Great for ladies who want to lose weight and get fitter.

BoxFit:

A great calorie burner and stress reliever! BoxFit is a boxing-style class, using focus pads. You will do boxing style drills as well as circuit style training, to help you burn fat, and tone up (your arms, especially!). A great, fun, workout.

Fatburn & Tone:

A different workout every week! This class changes, every week, to keep it fresh and interesting. Some weeks, you’ll use weights, other weeks you’ll do more cardio work or interval training. This is a perfect workout for anyone wanting to lose weight and tone up, and it’s perfect for beginners.
