You’re feeling unhappy with your body shape; you’d love to tone up your arms, legs, and belly, and get fitter and stronger, but you don’t want to jump around in a fitness class. You like the idea of training with weights, but you don’t want to get too ‘muscley,’ and you don’t really know where to start. You might have been a member of a gym before, but you didn’t really know what to do so you didn’t last long, or you may still be going to the gym but with very little direction, and you’re not seeing results.
You want a Coach to plan every session for you and tell you exactly what to do and how to do it in each session. You like the idea of training in a small group of like-minded ladies, with varied workouts from week to week.
What problems might you be facing right now?

How can Small Group Personal Training help you?
You can attend one, two or three small group sessions a week, which are all designed to be fun, as well as challenging! You can expect to see a real transformation in your fitness and body shape, as well as in your strength and confidence. The Small Group Personal Training sessions give you an effective full body workout that will help you to improve your fitness, burn calories and lose weight, so you can feel good about your body. The sessions are at a set time each week to help you commit to your weekly exercise regime and schedule in your “me time.” The sessions will help you to blow off steam, de-stress, and give you a boost of endorphins to improve your mood and increase your energy levels. You will learn correct and safe weight training techniques, and you will be Coached throughout every session. Sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned exercisers.
